The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has announced more than 400,000 temporary IEBC vacancies 2022 to be filled ahead of August 9, 2022. IEBC is seeking to recruit 47 Deputy County Returning Officers, 47 County-Based Voter Educators and 290 Constituency-based Voter educators. Other positions to be filled include presiding officers (52,481), polling clerks/counting clerks (302,860), ICT clerks (580), and deputy constituency returning officers (290).

About the IEBC
The Deputy Commission Secretary (Support Services) is one of the principal deputies to the Commission Secretary/CEO in the management of the secretariat, and is responsible for direct, supervision of the support functions including human resource and administration, financial services, legal, ICT services and research and development services. A key part of this role is ensuring synergy within the support functions to deliver results.
